I was present when my buddy, a collector, bought this wonderful timepiece of an amp in 1988. Lightly used, never taken out of the library and nothing has been changed at all. We were told all original 30 years ago, and it still is.
Sounds glorious, amazing recording amp…or just to get swampy. No overdrive pedal could replicate these tone. Tube chart is L I, which is September 1962. Last holdout of the tweed era. Own a piece of history!
