Here’s the story… On March 20, 2010 after a show at Wellmont Theatre in Montclair NJ, Buddy Guy signed the black pickguard that you see today. We don’t have a letter or picture of Buddy signing it, but we do still have the swag in last pic, which is included in this sale.
A loaded fender licensed Buddy Guy body was then purchased, you can see model/stock numbers in the attached pictures. The body was matched professionally to a 2000 Lone Star (I believe) Stratocaster neck because it’s got 22 frets and comfortable C shape.
Not only is this an awesome display item, but the guitar actually plays and sounds great!
Listing as good condition because of a ding here and there that you see and scratches. It what it is….please feel free to make offers. Comes with a Fender gig bag and trem bar with white tip.
