Order Cancellation
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you can cancel it and we will give you a full refund.

Returns
We accept refunds and returns in the following cases: the item is damaged, we sent the wrong item or the size is wrong.
We will only accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of the order.
In any of these cases, in order to complete your return, we will need your order number and proof of the defective item.
In order to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be located in its original packaging.
If an item is missing, we are not responsible and will not offer a refund.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically credited to your credit card. Credit card refunds may take a few days to process because it must be processed through the credit card network. Depending on your credit card issuer, the refund process usually takes 5 to 14 business days.

Orders must be returned to the shipping warehouse. Please contact our customer service email service@udrop.shop for the exact return address.

Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the actual order value (except for product quality issues due to our error).
This amount does not include return postage; these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Missed Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

We will process and ship the replacement within 48 hours

Shipping
Place the item in a box with an email confirmation or original receipt and indicate what you would like us to do to resolve your issue. We cannot exchange or refund without your receipt.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
